Solutions Consultant

The Project Management role is core to providing the very best service to customers and is recognised as the best in the market today. Not only will the Project Manager provide efficient service upon which our customers will begin to trust and rely upon, the successful candidate will also give expert advice to clients enabling them to make the most of the Peerius product and service suite.

The role sits within the Professional Services team and works closely alongside the following teams: Client Services, Technical Services, Optimisation & Data Services.

Reporting to the Technical Solutions Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Project management of product integrations with clients
  • Task management of client roadmaps
  • Strategic consultancy on product optimisation
  • Change request management
  • Client reporting
  • Client product training
  • Ad hoc project management

Core Skills…

  • MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

About You…

  • 2 – 3 years project management in similar role
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Flexible to work across a wide variety of tasks
  • Organised to ensure that tasks are effectively project managed
  • Client focused to prioritise their requirements
  • Collaborative to work effectively with and across other departments
  • Results driven to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of eCommerce
  • Data interpretation skills
  • An understanding of Salesforce and Team Gantt would be beneficial
  • Exceptional communication skills. Includes ability to interface with both non-technical business and
  • technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Good at working effectively in a fast-moving, multi-project environment with a strong track record in
  • delivering to timescales
  • Previous experience at a start-up is preferred
  • The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK
